I take zero meds. Not even painkillers. Colours and preservatives are often found in same and I am Multi Chemically Sensitive. It is likely for this reason any sleep meds I took a long time back caused problems. I do not look forward to trying again. I also have a problem now as I require a knee op. - that should be interesting.
