That seems logical, but given the fact that I didn't have the problem before I started taking the anti-depressants, I'm inclined to believe there's a substantial connection.

Thanks for the book suggestion, I'll check it out.

I've now gone 80 consecutive hours without sleep, but hopefully the two hours I spent swimming laps and treading water this evening will prove to be enough physical exhaustion to help me get to sleep.
