Hi Casa,

My guess is that they're the same as the book he wrote. I found
an on-line program by Dr. Jacobs that I was very excited about,
but somehow found out that it was the same as the book. I
TOTALLY understand where you're at right now: looking for
anything that might help, might give you a little more insight.
But I think you really already know a lot about insomnia and
what causes it. I know when I have a set back, I often don't use
anything I've learned CBT-wise because I'm tired and angry and
fed-up that I can't just sleep normally and I'm sick of making an
effort. But it does help!

If I'm worried about not sleeping, I just stop myself and tell
myself "who cares?" Because it'll be ok, I'll get through it, like I
always have. When sleep poorly and don't really think about it all
day, I DO feel better. When I DO dwell on it, I feel awful.

It's soooo frustrating to slip back after doing so well, but DO
NOT let it get to you! Stop obsessing, tell yourself it doesn't
matter, MAKE it not matter, and things will go back to normal.
