Hi Casablanca,

http://www.the-office.com/bedtime-story/sleep.htm

Maybe try a children's bedtime story to take some of the pressure off trying to sleep. It might not get you to sleep, but it takes your mind off serious things. Sometimes I'll put in a children's DVD...sometimes it relaxes me to sleep. I can't read anything to do with insomnia books or relaxation tapes before bed or I get more anxious about sleep. Has anyone tried just watching an old style pendulum clock, like a grandfather's clock, to fall asleep? I was thinking I might try that next.
