Thanks, moon, for the input. I thought it would be the same as the book. I am hanging in there. Yes, it is hard to get back to working on the sleep situation after you have been doing well.

On another note, I wish I could throw out all my pills. My head has been really confused today. Thank God I am not working tomorrow.

I made an appointment with a psychologist for next Wednesday. I haven't been in a long time and hoped not to have to go back. But after the bc and all, maybe it's a good idea anyway.
