First, the audio-light devices that produce changes in brain frequency have nothing to do with bright light therapy, which uses continuous bright light. So this really doesn't belong in this string.

Second, any visual flashing frequency system has the potential to cause seizures, particularly in people who are epileptic or have a history of seizures.

Third, there are many devices like this on the market, most much cheaper, and they "try" to treat the symptom not the cause.
