thanks for trying to be helpful regarding the number of hours i
sleep...However, i used to be on a 7-71/2 hour/night schedule
(waking at 6:30), and i always desperately needed to crash by
about 11am. I did that for many, many years. I have slept 9 1/2
hours for many years, with no problem maintaining sleep, and
often feeling good when i woke up. So, i'm not sure why i wake
up early now. If i do get up early, i'm absolutely useless after a
couple of hours.
