Hi poppy - I can relate to you with doctors, I'm like on my 5th doctor - finally I went to a specialist and that made a big difference. When my insomnia and other symptoms first came on over 6 years ago, I saw my family dr. and he did the same yours is doing - so I ended up being my own advocate and made appointments with specialists on my own. I switched to a new dr. who I gave about 2 years worth of time to, and again wasn't satisfied. I again made my own appts. at sleep clinics and specialists. I am glad I did. It is exhausting to deal with drs. about as exhausting it is to have the insomnia in the first place. Keep a daily journal and write down symptoms, meals, habits, thoughts and keep searching for a dr. who will listen. Mindi
