Night 7, no ambien TEENY progress

Guys! Is this progress? Night 7 of no ambien. Pretty much sleepless previous nights. BUT last night I fell asleep around 1:30, slept until 4:30, woke up, fell back asleep around 5:00, slept until 5:30? I did not get up during the non-sleep times. I just calmly lay in bed.
What do you think? I am hoping that is a little progress!
I guess we just have to stick with it. I hope this continues because I don't want to do SR, though I will if needed! Will post more later.
