I am also currently using it-25mg. It definitely helps (for me, it's much more effectivie than remeron) unless I'm really keyed up, and in that case, nothing helps anyway.

It's a drug that has been around along time, and I've heard of no safety issues at low doses.

I take it about an hour before I go to bed--don't know if some of it is the placebo effect, but I don't care as long as it's helping. It helps me fall asleep and stay asleep better. (I have problems in both these area. It seems to be an excellent alternative to sleeping pills.
