What, if I might ask, were the recommendations? Many sleep specialists feel that an AHI of 5+ needs to be treated in some way. Do you have a large neck and/or tongue? I am sure your sleep doctor will provide a diagnosis, however it sounds like your arousals are OSA related. How many of your arousals related to obstructions?
