Hi everyone - just thought I'd let you know what has been working for me every single night this week and last. About 7:15PM I go down to my basement and jog around for about 5-10 minutes or as long as I can last. This gets my heart pumping. Then I do some crunches. Around 10PM I take my 7.5 mg. of Remeron (every other night and 15 mg. every other night). I have a hard time staying awake! I close the light at 10:15PM and have been sleeping 6-7 hours every night! I think exercise is the key.
