Bummer!
But, thought i'd ask if anyone's benefited from bright light therapy. I've been waking up anywhere from 5-8am (early for me as my normal sleep is 12:30-10--without those hours i'm a goner, due to poor quality sleep).
Wondering what to try...bright lights? cd's? meditation? It's hard just to accept it, because work has been miserable and i may have to quit, i'm so terribly tired. I do usually go back to sleep, but it's incredibly light and fragmented; and if i get up, i'm a goner in an hour or so.Any advice is welcome--thank you!!
