Hi notsleepingagain, unlike you, i am overweight, and do smoke. Medications for 13 yrs is the cause of my weight gain. It is kind of disappointing to know the CPAP hasnt worked for both of us. I also have trouble falling asleep. Sometimes, insomnia can be very lonesome, and i do appreciate your feedback. I have to take medication for my illness, which are suppose to help me sleep, but unfortunately do not. Sometimes it feels hopeless, and lonely, but you always have to try and see the brighter side of things. There is a new sleep medication out right now. But i have fogotten its name. I'll keep you posted when i get it.
