You're not too specific about what you think may be keeping you up, but I say just let those creeping thought happen. In my experience, thoughts don't keep me awake (unless I'm going thru a very stressful period), my anxiety over getting to sleep does. You can't completely shut your mind off and force yourse lf asleep, but you can just let things happen as they will...and usually when you're sleep deprived it initially takes awhile for your mind to calm down anyway. Just don't worry about the fact you can't fall asleep... you've been going thru it long enough you can just tell yourself "Whatever happens, happens".
