Thanks for the replies. I may re-consider the sleep study. They did call me for a while but I didn't respond.

From this forum I discovered the book "Say Goodnight to Insomnia" which I've been reading the past two days. It's making a lot of sense and most of the stories within match my life story and/or my thought process regarding sleep. I'm going to give this a whirl and hope for the best. I really would like to drop these meds at some point in time. I excerise a lot an notice the medications (when taken the night before) sure impact my workout.

I'll make an appt to see the sleep study folks. You know I always get that "this is going to be weird" feeling when I think about the study.
