Your recap of what you've tried is very easy to read and understand. It reads a lot like mine!!! (I've had insomnia for 7 years, on and off). You did not mention whether you are male or female and your age. I am female, 38 yrs. old and have decided to see a holistic center - RN and nutritionist - who looks at hormone levels in saliva. In the mean time, like Janet said, the nutrition center can suggest some all-natural supplements that might help. I'm still in problem-solving mode, so I will keep everyone posted. Mindi
