Thanks for all your advise. I have decided to see a sleep doctor a few days ago because I cannot really take it anymore. It is currently eating my sanity, my mind, my work, my faith and my life! I am scheduled to undergo sleeplab in one of the hospitals here on July 18. God knows how will I ever sleep with all the wires attached to me. My sleep doctor said I will also have to undergo sleep therapies for several weekends. If these are the long term solutions minus the pills that I have been taking, then so be it. For the sake of my family, I should never give up. Please pray for me. Thanks.
