Thanks for the follow up. I am going the natural route too (in addition to the lifestyle changes you mentioned). I think different natural remedies work for different people, so I'm starting off with St. John's Wort (for the anxiety) and also trying Valerian, but have also added a B complex vitation and magnesium, plus calcium to my daily regimen. The 5HTP made it hard to sleep last night, but then I read not to take them in conjunction with SJW at first (perhaps introduce later, if needed). That was a mistake, but I know this is all trial and error. But I'm hopeful.
