I'm one of the luckier ones. I jumped on my insomnia as soon as I got it, they say the quicker you do something about it the quicker it goes away.

It might take a little longer for you but you should definately take any sign of improvement for what it is: a success! Soon you will have a string of successes.

Also do not expect miracles, as they say 'it won't happen overnight but it will happen'.

And as I said before, I wouldn't be taking supplements unless it was recommended by a health professional, so you can put yourself into someone elses care.

(and the vitamin B is really good it will pick you up during the day).
