There are differences between sleep medications and antidepressants. Not all prescribed medication leads down a bad road.

I've slept great for the last couple years or so, not just the last week, partly thanks to Remeron, and prior to that, thanks to Amitriptyline.

Not all medications are bad. Some of us need medication for sleep. And how is using medication different than thinking you need anything else to sleep, including natural remedies?
