can't believe it's starting again!!

I haven't posted too often on these boards but last time I posted I was doing very well with my insomnia. Well, out of the blue again it started up last week. Once again, for no apparent reason and am just about in tears today. I just wish one of the many doctors I have been to could give me some explanation for this. It just makes no sense to me, I have no reason to be depressed or anxious (other than the fact that I am not sleeping) but I was up pretty much all night again last night. Slept for maybe 3 hours about 30 minutes at a time. I fell asleep very quickly (as I usually do) and then woke up again within the hour. I don't wake up anxious or having a bad dream I just seem to wake up. My husband had to take my daughter to camp today.

I had been taking supplements adviced by a holistic doctor and they were really helping so I don't know why all of a sudden they don't seem to be working. It seems there are two other women on these boards that are in same situation as me, early 40's, kids and not other issues. I don't want to call my doctor cause he will just prescibe me more Ambien and doesn't seem to care why it's happening. Last time I was there he said if it didn't improve he was going to send me to a psychiatrist. Now I am sure if they dig deep enough they can find something crazy about me but really don't think thats the problem. UGHHH!!

Thanks for listening!!!
