Don't psyche yourself out. Doesn't everyone have a bad night? When you tell yourself "it's starting again," what do you think will happen? Why don't you just figure that you had a bad night, and you will probably sleep like a baby tonight, and if you don't, well, what's the worst thing that can happen? We all have a bad night or string of bad nights, and the worst thing that will happen is that we are tired the next day.
