fs,
The supplements I am taking are called Travacor and Adrecor. They are made from a company called NeuroScience and says they are for neurotransmittor support. They have some B and C and other vitamins and then have a combo of amino acids in them. The Travacor is what I take at nighttime and has 5-htp and l-theanine in it.

I decided to take absolutely nothing yesterday to see how I would sleep. Well, funny thing is there really was no difference. Slept from 11 till 2, then woke up and pretty much woke up every hour from 2 till 6. I usually have no trouble getting right back to sleep after I wake up but am up again in an hour. Starting to think it's just a sign of getting older and that's all. LOL. Am a little tired but feel much better than I did yesterday.
