Sounds like you are on top of things, Sudani, and that your docs are being helpful. So that's excellent. BTW, some of the newer sleep meds are Lunesta and Ambien CR. Are those the ones you are thinking of? Anyway, Lunesta worked for me for a while and it was great while it was working (sleeping thru the night and no grogginess in the a.m.) but it lost its effectiveness pretty quickly.
