Insomniac Tom N Texas help

I saw that someone had posted about the book Insomniac by Gayle Greene. I had just ordered it. It actually is pretty depressing. She searches for the perfect sleep but I don't think finds it. I was hoping Tom-N-Texas would research this a bit and tell me what he thinks. I'm sticking with the possitive posts and my stand by book: How to Stop Worrying and Start Living by Dale Carnegie.
