Stay positive! You have to believe that you will recover..
I think this site is great but one of the bad things about staying in the element of insomnia is that you are mentally staying in "sleep mode," which is totally fine if you are sleeping well because then you can help others, but if you are having a bad time, it can help and hurt.
Distraction! It has worked for Tom, myself and some others on this site. It's powerful and it keeps you from staying in your story.
Believe you will get better!
