Sorry Tom-N-Texas. I feel like I would have wasted your time. I pretty much finished the book. It is not condusive to sleep. I think it's good for someone who doesn't understand but not for someone going thru it. I'm the one that buys all the books looking for answers and sometimes finds good advice, but not in this book. I'm on a bad streak right now. I'm better off with my notebook of your posts.
