Hey Jenna...no problem...I don't own that book so it would be difficult to give an opinion about it. One thing I've found, speaking of buying books, is that I often run across little tidbits of good advice and words of wisdom in sources that are not necessarily sleep-related. Sometimes just a simple phrase can ring a bell of truth and cause you to see things a bit differently or help you relax. It's best to keep things simple...there really is no need to overthink this, as thinking is not near as important as feeling.
