Hi Houver

I have recently stopped doing the sleep journal from the say goodnight book too. I think it was causing me to think about sleep/obsess about it, much more than need be. I think that the list of things to do to improve sleep is important though - the stress reduction techniques, stimulus-control, CBT, etc, i just keep trying to do these things while not keeping a journal, but i dont know if its a good or bad idea :/
