Thanks SS

My feelings are mixed as well. For example, I've had 2 poor nights sleep in a row now so when I look back in the journal I see that this has occurred to me a number of times and puts me at ease somewhat. However, if I ask myself how do I expect to be in 1 or 2 years; will I still have this journal? If I still have the journal, it will be because I am still thinking/obsessing about it. I think that I have answered my own question but as you likely know, when you are not sleeping you need/want something comforting or some kind of quick fix.
