The short term side effect I had was feeling "jittery". Is this what you mean when you say tremor? As far as the other side effects you mention, it sounds like you may have started with too high a dose. My doc started me at 5 mg for a few days before going to 10 mg, then eventually 20 mg. Ask your doc about this.

Hang in there. I wouldn't give up on this approach. It has really helped me.
