l-theanine for sleep onset and anx

Posted by pedro59 on June 30, 2008 at 04:35:12:

for those who suffer sleep onset insomnia and /or anxiety..please google L-theanine..
a new very effective anti anxiety capsule that is non addictive and is synthesised from tea leaf..(no caffeine)
I would love to hear from people who are having sleep onset problems who are not currently on sleep meds(my fear is the rebounds and distortions of sleep architexture caused by these drugs may affect the results)..and who would try l-theanine at the dose of 400mg (2 capsules) half an hour before bed..
this supp I have had a lot of positive feed back for its anti anxiety actions and is tested to put one into alpha brain cycles ...the stage one must go into before sleep..

if the mind is too busy to go to sleep (with anxiety OR otherwise.).this would be perfect..

not so good for sleep maintenence but worth looking at for those who struggle to go to sleep

please google..
