I could be wrong, but nighttime urination is normal for most people (as long as it's only once or twice)...difference is non-insomniacs can generally fall back asleep as soon as they get back into bed. What's keeping you up is the thoughts in your head.
What works for me is keeping my mind in "sleep mode" when I awake and can usually fall back asleep unless it's an exterior problem (hunger, room too warm, etc).
Of course, if you have life problems, they will weight on your mind & affect your sleep. This happens to everyone, even the "normals" from time to time. Worrying about actual sleep, however, is a vicious cycle and only when you realise there is nothing you can do, and you will function the next day no matter how little if any sleep you actually get, will the cycle break itself.
Good luck
