for most people urination and awaking can be separated
...unless their is a bladder/prostrate problem..

when people start awaking duing the middle of the night they start standing up and going for a walk /watching tv etc...well, when one stands up gravity kicks in and one desires to pee....
do this 6 days in a row and we now have trained our toilet time to be 2am etc instead of 6 amn for the rest of our lives..
I and many others have forced ourselves to hold ourself and stay in bed (its hard and uncomfortable)for 5-6 days to reverse this and now we still wake up but have the luxury of NOT having a full bladder which is way more fun and makes it way easier to go back to sleep...

In summary urination times and awakening times CAN be separated....

I put to every one on here that if we woke up a perfect sleeping 25 year old at 2.30 am and stood him up for 5 mins he would then want to go to the toilet...
if we did this 6 days in a row the 7th day he would now wake up by himself with a full bladder at 2.30 am...
