Hi Jim :) Well, i havent gone light headed again and felt like fainting since the second day. Its not day 4. I went to the doc and she said my blood pressure was at the low end of normal, so i need to make sure i eat and drink a lot before i take my tablet. This was the mistake i made that day. Anyways, i have had the "jitters", mainly its just small twitching and a tremor in my hand. Last night i actually fell asleep watching a DVD! This never happens! Especially in my own room! (normally i dont let myself watch TV in my room either lately). i woke up part way thru the movie though and ended having to take a sleeping tablet, but it was such a great feeling to not be able to keep my eyes open. I am not expecting to see any brilliant effect on my anxiety/stress for a few weeks. I may as well stick to 10mg now i think since its day 4. But i might ask about going up to 15mg instead of straight to 20mg (which they originally told me to do). Im not ready to give up just yet, i just hope there is some pay-off at the end of this. I have been off work a yesterday, but going in today i hope.
