Hey Jim
Well, i am taking a multivitamin also so hopefully this will help too, but i have also changed my diet a great deal. I've reduced sugar intake and eat much more vegetables.

I was planning on switching up to 20mg in a few weeks time. The drug i am on in citalopram, which i think is very slightly different to Lexapro/Escitalopram. hopefully i might have the same good results as you though still.

i have never tried an SSRI, and i think some of the anxiety i am having is not from the drug itself, but from me worrying about it!

I feel so tired and fed up of worrying and being anxious all the time. I really hope this gives me some relief. I just want to feel normal again.
I don't care if i have to stay on it from years, i just to put all this behind me for now and give myself a break.

I some regards, i hope that it is anxiety that is stopping me from sleeping because if it is, then at least an SSRI is the right track, in addition to everything else i am doing - meditation, CBT etc. get to see a therapist but i have to wait a few weeks on the NHS.
