Hi Sudani - I too did a sleep study and had a CPAP machine for a short time - even though the sleep study said I had mild to moderate sleep apnea (I am not over weight, don't I smoke or snore). The machine at the lowest pressure interfered with me falling asleep - which is my type of insomnia - I don't sleep, at all, without medication. I take ambien. So I returned the machine and said that WHEN I do fall asleep by myself again, I'll look into it again, but right now I need to focus on what I deem as my main problem. I realize this post doesn't give you any answers, but at least you know you are not alone!!!
