I take the fish oils and that other stuff as well and they really help stabilize my moods and anxiety too!

I am off meds now but I did ask my doc about Lexapro and he said he would rather I take Paxil. I opted once again for nothing at this point and I'm doing well with the natural supplements. Fish oil is HUGE for me.
