Sounds like you're doing well too, and with no meds. That's great to hear. I hope to be there one day.

I think you were smart staying away from the Paxil. I've read Paxil can be rough to get off of. I like the Lexapro because I have zero side effects. I just feel better, and sleep better.

The fish oil really is a good supplement. Along with mood, it's great for the cardio system which we put so much strain on with the anxiety.
