"sigh" expectations...

Posted by Selini on December 02, 2008 at 08:58:08:

Oh brother.

It seems like I am able to make some progress here and there, for a night or maybe even two or three, and then I come back to the anxious place of not sleeping, and being so hyper-aware of the noises that the neighbours make, and I get so uptight and hating them all - blaming them for my sleeplessness.

I had three good nights in a row! I guess that was enough for me to go to bed last night with the expectation of sleeping again. Maybe that was the thing that stole my sleep - the expectation of having it?? Anyone relate to this?
