Hi - say - do you take anything in the day for your anxiety - and at night do you take anything to help you sleep - just wondering - I'm like you when I don't sleep well I have anxiety the next day which doesn't help - some people may get sleepy but I rarely do - I just get to feeling tired, feeling sorry for myself and get anxiety - I try not to take anything in the day - otherwise I would always be on meds but do take nighttime medication. Anyway, just wondering if you take anything for the anxiety and what it is that you do take if you do - thanks -
