hi sandman,

i've worked with many therapists, psychiatrists, have had 3 sleep studies, and have tried many
meds. The basic analysis is that i have an anxiety disorder that causes (or involves) poor
sleep, particularly lack of stage 3/4 sleep.

I just don't quite understand the severity of the tiredness...Most people i hear from have a
nagging tiredness throughout the day, but mine gets worse to the point of needing to sleep,
or i pay the terrible price. Also, i may feel ok for a few hours, then suddenly the tiredness
latches on, and then if i sleep a little i feel ok. Arggh!
