My weird but working sleep schedule

Posted by awakeagain on December 03, 2008 at 23:23:46:

This might sound crazy, but I have had sleep problems for a while now. If I sleep every night, I always fall asleep late and wake up early for work and am sleep all the time. So I started staying awake through the night in an attempt to fix my schedule and it started working wonders. Instead of sleeping 4 to 4.5 hours each night, I ended up sleeping about 12 hours every two nights. And I'm talking about a real solid 12 hours, where I wake up feeling wonderful. Even after 28 hours of no sleep I find myself equally or more productive at work or anywhere else.

So basically, I average around 42 hours a week as opposed to the 35 I did before. Plus, I'm much more productive. Could this be a good thing?
