I can totally understand and relate. I think it is from all of the stress/obsessiveness/ and constant concern with not sleeping & therefore not functioning during the day. For me, this manifests itself on many levels of my being, and so am unable to get into deep sleep (especially when ovulating - or just before my period..forget sleeping).
