Tom,

Ahh very well said indeed. This was my problem, and I have recently been recovering from insomnia. At first I had anxiety, then got obsessed with sleep, developed depression, then developed fear, and the end phase was ultimately thinking of sleep as an unconscious state which instilled more anxiety/fear. I feel better knowing someone understands this. Thanks so much!
