Yes. And then there's acting on the discord between what we all need to be happy and secure, and our circumstances: if I'm truly unhappy because I'm not living a life in accordance with my values and needs, and my old life has come to an end, then the onus is on me to create a new life, and not make do with a life that is no longer working. That really has been the crux of insomnia for me. I have to start over.
