No words of wisdon here but i do understand how scary it is not to know whether you will be able to sleep. And frustrating too.

But you do know deep inside that if you get tired enough you will sleep, don't you.

So, get out of your body's way. Don't talk about sleep. Think about something else. Go out and take a walk. If the weather is bad, go to the shopping center or some other indoor place and walk there. Or do some other exercise.

Tonight, you will be afraid but so what? You can sleep even if you are afraid.
