Hi there,

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Yesterday was a miserable night for me. I did sleep for sometime and then had to get up inthe middle of the night to feed my child and then i ended up being anxious and was wide awake. Today my anxiety has just shot up..some days I just think that normal people do not think about sleep and then I doze off..but somedays are worse like yesterday. Anxiety overwhelms me and I end up not sleeping. I want to change my drug but since am feeding, I cannot. Do you reckon that anti depressants will help in getting over this?
