Hi sleepymom.......are you much of a reader? Since you're talking about distractions, I've found reading at night can be a great distraction....especially if the topic of the book is thought-provoking or emotionally/intellectually stimulating. I've been reading alot lately and recently I've been reading about Germany and World War 2...the Holocaust and all that. Having never been a history buff or anything it's quite enlightening....yet terrifying at the same time learning of all the horrors the jews went through. The only reason I bring this up is because I've really been sleeping well lately, and it's probably because my mind is engrossed and distracted emotionally. Anyway, just a thought.....Good luck with your sleep, Tom
